My products came a little scratched up and there was not enough time for me to return the products and get new ones as my event is in a few weeks. I contacted the customer service department and presented my concerns, and they were very understanding and friendly and ended up refunding for the pieces that were not usable. I greatly appreciate the wonderful service I received and will return to the Wedding Shoppe for future orders.
