I purchased the heart-shaped tea-infuser in a gift box and it arrived perfectly packaged, tied with a beautiful ribbon and thank-you tag. Although I received 1 less than I ordered, the sales associate I worked with was professional about the error and was quick to credit my account and offered up other solutions to ensure all guests in attendance at the event would get one. The order arrived in a timely fashion as well, within only 2 weeks of placing the order. I would definitely use this site again - it's just so convenient!

I haven't seen the infusers yet but my niece picked them up for me and says they are adorable. The order time was exceptional.
