How do I place an order?
  Orders can be placed by using our secure on-line shopping cart system. To place on order online, simply add your items (and personalization information if applicable) to your cart and check out. Follow the check out instructions and fill in all the required payment, billing and shipping information. You will then be asked to confirm your order and a copy of the order confirmation will be sent to your email address. We will contact you via e-mail or phone if we have any questions about your order. If you prefer to place your order by phone, please call us at 1-888-857-6446.
I am getting a "Please note: Tax has been updated based on your new "ship to" address. Please review then resubmit your order." error when trying to place an order
  This error usually occurs when you enter a shipping address that is different from you billing address, we are well aware of this problem and are working hard to resolve it.

In the meantime, after you enter your shipping address, please choose "SELECT SHIPPING - PROCESSING TIME NOT INCLUDED" in the shipping method drop down menu, then re-select your preferred shipping method. This will allow the system to update the shipping cost based on your new shipping address and allow you to place the order.

I found an error on my order when I received my order confirmation.
  Please contact us immediately via e-mail by replying back from your order confirmation e-mail if you see an error on your order. We generally begin processing orders the moment they come in during our regular business hours so it may already be too late to make changes on your order, but we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
I made placed my order days ago,why is the status of my order still in "Processing"?
  Unfortunately, our system does not allow for detailed status reporting for orders. Once you've submitted your order, the order status will read "processing" until the time it is ready to be shipped out to you.
What happens after I place my order?
  Once you've submitted your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.  Please verify your order details immediately upon receipt. If you made any errors on your order, please contact us via e-mail or phone immediately, otherwise, it may be too late to change your order and/or you can expect delays with your order.  When your order has been shipped, we will e-mail you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.
Will the items on my order ship together or separately?
  Depending on the size of your order and the size/shape of particular items, you may receive multiple packages/containers.  We will send you a separate tracking number for each parcel/container. If you have backordered items, we will wait until your back ordered items to arrive to ship everything out at the same time.
Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.  If your status says "Processing" this means that your order has not yet shipped.  We are likely waiting on your item(s) to arrive from our supplier(s). The processing time is different for every product and you can find these time frames right on each product page so you can estimate when your order will ship.  When your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail and your order status will be changed to "Shipped".
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  When your order is sent in by you, it can no longer be changed or canceled from your online account by you.  We often begin processing orders as they come in very quickly, so it is important that you try to contact us by e-mail or phone at 1-888-857-6446.   Note that while we will try our best to make changes for you or to cancel your order, it may already be too late if we have already begun processing your order.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.  If your order is still processing, it means we have not shipped out your order yet and are likely still waiting on your item(s) to arrive from our supplier(s).  You can estimate your processing time by visiting the product pages of the items you purchased and viewing the processing time frames.  If your order has been "Shipped" you will be given a tracking number where you can enter into the third-party courier's website to track where your parcel is.   
When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items will usually ship out from our office within 1-2 weeks of the date that the supplier has given us as their backordered date.  These dates are outlined on our product pages and are updated regularly.  While we try our best to ensure that these dates are accurate, circumstances may arise and our suppliers may change their backorder date at any time.  If this is the case, we will update our website immediately and contact any customers who have ordered the backordered item(s) with the new backorder date.
